What a relief. With Jeb’s name off the table, the open seat of retiring GOP Sen. Mel Martinez is now truly up for grabs.
I’m somewhat wondering if this might be the unofficial end of the current Bush dynasty.
This is easily the best news of the 2010 cycle thus far. If Sink jumps into this thing, I think it’s safe to say we have a better than even chance of holding both the Florida Senate seats.

Pretty much any candidate mentioned could probably win as long as Crist doesn’t run and they don’t get too bloodied up in a primary.
